方法三、.vimrc檔案中加入以下兩行

set encoding=utf-8
set fileencodings=ucs-bom,iso-2022-jp-3,iso-2022-jp,eucjp-ms,euc-jisx0213,eu    c-jp,sjis,cp932,utf-8   
 
編碼應該是ECU-JP但是在vi 內轉換以下是沒有效果的。
:e ++enc=euc-jp
:e ++enc=eucjp-ms
