In Japanese, making question is so easy.  Usually you can add "か" in the end of Sentense to change the statement into a question.

Example.

Statement   Question  
台湾人です I am Taiwanese 台湾人ですか？ Are you Taiwanese?
これはジュースです This is juice これはジュースですか？ Is this juice?
大野さんは学生です Mr.大野 is a student. 大野さんは学生ですか？ Is Mr.大野 a student?
Eメールはとても便利です E-mail is very convenience. Eメールはとても便利ですか？ Is e-mail very convenience?
日本の新幹線は有名です Japanese shikansen is well know. 日本の新幹線は有名ですか？ Is Japanese shikansenn well know?
