In Japanese, making question is so easy. Usually you can add "か" in the end of Sentense to change the statement into a question.

Changing dictionary-form to ます form.
The following are the rules for the 3 groups of Japanese verbs.
Group 01 Verbs
Always end up with words containing u-sound. To change group 01 verbs to ます form, change the u-sound to i-sound in the last word. And that append ます to the changed word. For example, ある end up with る (ru). Change the u-form to i-sound, る(ru) to り(ri). ある change to あります
